PCMPerformance OBD2 GM Flasher

We offer an OBD2 “dealer” reprogramming system which allows you to flash our custom programs into GM ECUs via the OBD2 ALDL port, without having to remove and send in the ECU (or purchase one). We have dealers/resellers of our custom tuning all over the world using this system, including USA, Mexico, Russia, Finland, Australia, China, Middle East and South Africa. • Requirements: Only requirement is laptop or desktop PC with Windows XP or higher with a USB port. Package comes with installation CD and instructions. The cable has a USB interface that connects to your laptop/PC and an OBD2 connector that plugs into the diagnostic port in the vehicle.

• How it works: Install the software on your laptop. For each ECU you want us to tune:  Read the program from your ECU and save it to your laptop. Email us the program and tell us what you want done (e.g., 93 octane power tune, remove VATS and speed limiter, etc.). We email the new program.  You flash it into the ECU.

NOTE: 1. This is NOT an editor ("master" in the language of euro chiptuners), it is a flasher only (i.e., "slave").  You cannot make your own changes to the progamming.  We modify the program for your requirements, you flash it into the ECM using the device. 

2. You cannot use this cable with other software and you cannot use this software with another cable. 

3. Use it on any of the supported vehicles (see below). However, the software will only write a program into the actual ECU that it was read from or we set it up for (so, for example, you canNOT buy just one of our custom LS1 tunes and flash it into 5 LS1 cars).

• Pricing: The cost of the system is $400 (shipped to USA; international shipping charges will apply). The cost of each ECU tuned is $150. Cam/heads/boosted applications may be slightly more. If there is an ECM/TCM pair and you wish us to tune them both, we can do that at a discount for $200. If you are replacing an ECU, in most cases we can provide the original GM factory program for the new VIN (and a key to change the VIN in the ECU) for $60. To only disable the theft deterrent / security (no other changes), is $75.
